I have had this vacuum going on two years now. It has been amazing. I will say it needs cleaning about every couple weeks. This does not handle long hair that well. I have three daughters and my wife. All long thick beautiful hair. This machine will need cleaning its very FIRST use if you have lots of hair on floor. Others have complained about not sucking up things on floor. I have found this to only happen a few times. It usually means its time to change filters and rollers. Because this is so versatile it can get clogged on parts that bend. Take good care of it and it will last forever. I do plan on getting a new shark Duo eventually. I will get the anti hair tangle which is really my only complaint. I have an extra plush shag rug that a regular vacuum can't handle. I have to vacuum extremely fast to keep it from jamming while vacuuming. The F80 is light enough that it won't stop while vacuuming this Rug.

My buddy got the dyson v11 animal so I took this over to see what he thought after using it we both have hardwood with dogs and hands down save the money this is a much superior vacuum. And at half the cost you could put one on every floor. The removable battery is perfect I can vacuum 1200sqft and have barely started in on the second battery. In addition I run the turbo mode most of the time it sounds like it’s doing more work. But in all honesty normal mode doesn’t miss a lick of hair just some of the larger stuff that should really be picked up doesn’t quite make it. The ability to stand up is very nice definitely make up for the docking situation. I vacuum much more frequently not that I cut the cord and this dose a much better job then my old vacuum. I don’t have carpet but it removes the needle like hair from the dog beds. This hair sticks in any fabric but the vacuum dose a great job removing it. The dyson has a lot of vibration and not as nimble as the f80. Dyson has less battery life then the f80. The dyson had a better dock station but can not stand on its own. In no way do I regret this purchase vacuuming is no longer a chore. I just grab this lil’ fella and knock out the house and it’s quite enough to talk in the phone while doing it. Suction power, two batteries, lightweight, convenience of cordless, powerhead with power boost button and a bright headlight make this vacuum a very good buy.

Bought this same vacuum a few years ago and love it. My husband was skeptical that it wouldn’t have a good enough suction. He gets it out almost daily because it’s so easy to use without having to plug in various places throughout the house. We recently bought a small cabin so bought this refurbished one. Love that it folds down and is so compact that it can be easily stored in a small closet. The tool attachments work great for various purposes.

So light weight I find myself vacuuming a few times a week. I love how easy it is to get under the bed and switch from hardwood mode to carpet mode. I never thought I could like a vacuum so much!!

I had a dyson before but this shark was half the price and has removable batteries which is a game changer when one dies just grab the second one unlike my old dyson where when it's dead you have to wait 40 minutes atleast, not with the Shark, the flex base is nice and it came in like new no problems

I bought this for my husband who cleans an office building. With the extra battery I got him, it does the whole building’s short-pile carpet in less time, with less back strain than his backpack vacuum, plus gets into tight places more easily.

This thing is great. I vac a lot more than I used to. It's so wonderful not to have to move the cord from socket to socket, or change the bag. I rarely need the second battery to finish the first story floor of my home (6 rooms). I like it very much. Suction is good.

I read and watched a ton of reviews on this but still wasn't expecting such a great product....a bit tough for us old people to empty and disassemble for hand operation but we can't believe what it picks up....I thought shark meant junk to be honest from way back when but great great!

Great little machine. I now own two (one for both levels) I keep one in the kitchen because it sure beats a broom and dust pan. I love that it converts to a hand vacuum easily. It is light weight and yet powerful and it does a good job on the toe kicks under the cupboards.
