I ordered the JBL True Flex Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds with one thing in mind; how it would perform on calls. Ok, it did not disappoint. The folks at the other end, told me the conversation was clear and "crisp". So, on the level the earbuds are great. The battery life seems to be really good (ok, I still need time to experience any battery degradation). Lastly, and again not my initial intent, I tried to listen to music. I figured that would have been a bonus and added to the purchase rationalization. Sadly, it was not to be. The music audio was super tinny, with little to no mid range or bass. But then again, the earbuds met my primary objective. Am I still glad I made the purchase (considering it was a great deal from Tanga)... yes. Am I keeping them.. yes. But, if your hoping to use them to listen to music, I would probably go elsewhere.

Open and did not include power cord cannot charge

My earbuds arrived in a damaged package with the safety seal opened!! Tried to charge them up overnight which worked, but only the left earbud would charge. Contacted Tanga now less than a week after they were ordered and they offered to send me a label to mail it back, they would not charge me a mailing fee… They offered no apologies for sending defective goods or anything. Could not send me another set as they were sold out. So it was a waste of my time and money due to their deficiencies. Will stay with better companies like Woot or even Amazon

Everything about these headphone are amazing. Quality is amazing, battery life is great. Everything about these are worth every penny.
