Great little robot vacuum and mop. The only con is that the water reservoir is a little small and the mop pad bunches up. The pad also gets soggy and gross and needs to be cleaned often or else you are just spreading gross dirty water all over the floors. Disposable pads would take care of this issue but would probably make the bunching worse unless there were some hooks to attach in the middle like on the end. If the unit had the self-empty base option it would make this the perfect cleaner! Buying refurbished saved me a lot of $$ and hasn't made any negative impact on how well it cleans. Having the option to purchase a 2-year warranty for such a reasonable price gave me peace of mind. It did take a little while to connect to the wifi but eventually, I was able to get it to work.

I purchased it for hardwood floors to mop because I'm lazy and this machine mopped the floor very well. The mapping process was easy and it mopped my entire kitchen and living room on 60 percent charge. The machine went back to base at 20 percent, it would have finished the job but it was such a small area that I did not allow it. Now I have to figure out how to add the upstairs mapping because thats all carpet. This machine is great! Happy with my purchase!

I wasn't sure what to expect as this would be the first robovac we'd own. Set up was easy, the Shark charged up and we were excited to see it work - we were not disappointed but are most definitely impressed. The Shark IQ 2-in-1 started mapping the home and then cleaning. My wife has been most impressed with the cleaning efficiency and reliability - it's great.

I purchased this with low expectations since it was refurbished; boy, was I wrong!! This thing is a powerhouse and in perfect condition! We named it “Cinderella” and she works excellently! 10/10 DO recommend!!

So far so good... we'll see how it works over the weekend
