This lock is amazing and very easy to install. I installed without reading any instructions. My only hiccup was the front handle does not open the door and I was locked out of my room. Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you that. So let me warn you, the lock are automatically locked on the outside and you will have to use your fingerprint to unlock. Anyone's fingerprint works upon installation. You change that after you install the app and set it up. Remind you it automatically locks by default. I dont want my bedrooom door locked. So I had to change that setting. It also comes with 2 keys, so I hid a key outside of my room just in case it goes dead. It uses 4AAA batteries. I am very satisfied with my purchase, I bought 4. It also comes with a year warranty. Can't go wrong with that.
I love this lock. Did it myself in a or around 10 minutes. Direction was easy to follow.
Everything i hope for in everything i purchase - stylish and attractive, well constructed and durable, flexible with many options of use, and a remarkable value. Eight is not enuf - I'm buying more. Also sticking a couple in my travel bag for instant room security when renting a BnB.
I wanted this for the side entrance to the garage. I can sometimes get a little wet (very little). Easy to exit and keyless to enter. Seems to be working perfectly (so far). Lots of sunshine there so it get very hot.
This is a nice door lock. Took me a little while to set it up but I like how it works. Only had it in for a couple days. Am having a little trouble adding people that can open the lock. Hoping they will send me a video explaining more about this lock.
Can’t beat the price to keep your kids out of your room! Fingerprint works great for me wife complains it takes a couple tries for her. DO NOT USE their app, it didn’t work. I already had FEIT installed and it’s fully functional (except battery level) with this lock. You can also tell when it’s locked. Mechanics: the only thing I’d improve is the latch mechanism it sounds/feels a like “grindie”. If you happen to have one with at accepts a square spindle then you could just use your own though. Great value and functionality!
