This is a great tasting creatine drink, though obviously taste is subjective. I love the sour candy flavor. It dissolves well and uses Stevia as the sweetener rather than aspartame or sucralose which is a big plus.

My sons have been using this after their workouts. The first time tasting it was a bit of a shock as it is sweet and sour. But the flavor has grown on them, and they are enjoying it now. It is not gritty tasting; it dissolves in the water well. They say it is very refreshing after a workout and they hope that it is working. The downside is that it is somewhat pricey, and they have quickly gone through it.

Pre-workout is great, doesn't make me feel jittery or itchy, and lasts a long time, really great for my workouts.

It’s sometimes difficult to find supplement powders that do not contain artificial sweeteners so I was happy to see that this brand is sweetened with stevia instead. The sour candy flavor tastes great and I feel that it’s helping me recover after workouts. It’s a really great product and I recommend giving it a try!

I have tried a lot of different post workout drinks throughout the years with being a lifter, and I do have to say this is one of my favorites. It definitely mixes really well, it’s not chaulky and dissolves really quickly. I have noticed my stamina has gotten better since using this as opposed to just taking regular creatine post workouts. I am a huge fan of sour candies, so I love the flavor of this but do you know that it is pretty sour. One thing to note if you have a Stevia sensitivity is it does contain Stevia, I personally have a slight sensitivity to it but I think it’s fine in small doses like within this product. It also contains milk through which I like. It is nice there are no artificial dyes or a high sugar content. This is a great all-in-one product and it’s a great value overall.
