I was amazed at how well this worked to boil down tomatoes for canning sauce. It was also great for applesauce, with better performance than my nonstick. I went out for a second one for canning foods.
Pot is beautiful except for the fact that it was scratched when received. Was not available instore so it was sent to me. I’m sure whoever packed it saw the scratches and mailed anyway. I’ll keep the pot and face the scratches side to the wall when in use 🤪 a bit disappointed!
Beautiful pot and love the rose handles However, exterior scratches easily. When I got it home from store pick up desk I noticed the deep scratches. Decided to keep anyway as I got on sale and used a gift card. Hoping these scratches don’t fester and extend with use. I hand wash all my outs and pans so hopefully this will help. Looking forward to use; I had the prior model and used all the time until used up!
