What can I say, this was a great buy. It arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. The packaged didn't even look damaged. All parts including warranty card for Bissell. I am a Bissell customer so this discount was wonderful. With three yellow labs I was thinking of purchasing this, nice not to have getting the big carpet cleaner (Bissell) out. And it works!!!

Bad idea buying this, pieces missing, dirty filled and clogged with cat hair, still wet so wet cat hair. Threw in trash, lessen learned.
